Q:im sure you get this quite often, but i'm also really into movies so i was just wondering what your favorite movie of all time is. mine is a tie between pulp fiction and v for vendetta.

mcneon-saves

pulp fiction is a great choice of course. 1984 by orwell is one of my fav novels or one of my fav dystopian novels. My most fav movie  is Three colors, blue. I was hypnotized when I have seen that movie. The way it tells us about freedom, motifs Kieslowski uses, and the music and the characters… I love 5 obstructions, dogville, science of sleep, yes pulp fiction, 400 blows, stalker and list goes on and on :)

Q:just to clarify: drive overrated? what? and - the seventh continent is actually haneke's 10th feature film (which only few people seem to realize).

blanketsofsnow

ok I havent seen seventh continent but def gonna watch some time soon so then I will tell my opinion on it, but for the drive to be honest I dont care if it is overrated or not, me, my own opinion was more like it didnt move me at all.

Q:YES! Imo, It's a masterpiece! As a suggestion, your next Haneke step: his first feature film, The Seventh Continent, that's a strong one...

derkreisel

Q:The Apartment takes place mainly in Jack Lemmon's apartment and his workplace. There are a few minutes for a few different locations, but the majority is in with that. Also from Mr. Wilder is the Seven Year Itch. And from Danny Boyle is 127 Hours. If you haven't sen any of them, I think they're what you're looking for.

thelamplightersserenade

I have the Apartment, havent seen yet. I started 127 hours earlier but couldnt finish it, didnt like it I guess. annd Seven year itch gonna check that one for sure too. thank you so much!
